Heather is the Director of Operations at Legacy Home Service and Jeff’s wife. She brings a diverse background in business ownership and operational leadership to support efficient systems, strong team performance, and exceptional client service. As a self-employed business owner for 15+ years, she understands the importance of strategy, accountability, and building processes that create lasting success.
Heather is also a recent summa cum laude graduate earning a bachelor’s degree, reflecting commitment to excellence, growth, and lifelong learning. Her experience as both an endurance athlete and personal trainer allow her to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Beyond Heather’s professional work, she is passionate about fitness, nature, and her family. As a yoga instructor, she values balance, discipline, and wellness—principles that guide both her personal life and leadership style. Heather is a former competitive cheerleader, and her contagious energy has been compared to a “little cup of espresso”.
